Breakfast Booster Banana & Oat Smoothie

You’ll need:
15g/1 tablespoon Porridge Oats
1 large Banana
300ml / ½pt Skimmed Milk (ice cold)
2 Ice Cubes or Frozen Strawberries
Additional fruit, if desired

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz for about a minute until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass or takeaway container and enjoy!
3. Drizzle with Honey for extra sweetness, if desired.
